Primary Service
Model Customization
Most requests concern models that already exist and work, but whose defaults do not quite match the instrument, the timeframe or the way a signal is meant to be acted upon. A customized model is delivered as a standalone version and, unlike the published models, does not receive ongoing updates.
Parameters
Sensitivity, thresholds and calculation periods can be adjusted so that a model reacts at the speed and with the risk tolerance your own process requires, rather than with the defaults chosen for a general audience.

Visual layout
Colors, plot styles and labels can be changed to fit an existing chart layout or a house style, which matters mostly where indicators are shown to clients or used alongside other tools on the same pane.

Alerts
Alert conditions, message text and frequency can be rewritten so that a model feeds directly into the way you already work, including automated workflows that receive alerts by webhook.

Custom Development
New indicators, on request
Beyond customization we take on a limited number of new developments. Each request is evaluated first, since Pine Script restricts access to external data and imposes execution limits that rule out some ideas regardless of their merit, and since we do not build concepts that would not hold up to the standards applied to our own models.
Not every request is accepted, and a refusal usually comes with an explanation of where the idea runs into these limits.

Terms
Payment and delivery
- Payment
- 50% in advance on order confirmation, the remaining 50% on completion of the project.
- Included
- The customized Pine Script indicator together with documentation and a usage guide, a support period of 30 days after delivery, and minor adjustments within that period.
- Source code
- Customizations of existing EdgeTools models are delivered without access to the source code. For indicators developed entirely from scratch, the complete Pine Script source is handed over.
